If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call our Stompeez Customer Service department to issue you an RMA # before you mail your items back along with your original receipt.  All merchandise must be returned unworn and unused. You also need to provide your original receipt.
 
If you received a damaged or defective product please contact us within 7 to 10 days from delivery.  We will issue a call tag and the Stompeez company will send you a new unit, free of charge.
